Run Music is a music PR company specialising in hip-hop acts. I was asked to design and build a portfolio for them.

I wanted to work with a clean, gridded layout with some subtle disruption. So drawing inspiration from the pun in the company's name, this became a race track. Simplex noise was used to slowly vary the speed of each track.

Drawing inspiration from the gothic script often used in hip-hop, but keeping it sans, I chose to work with Schwabacher Grotesk from 26A1, and then paired it with a slightly quirky serif.
